Questions and answers
The things worth knowing before you start.
GrowthRadar launches December 2026. Answers below describe what the product does today; anything that arrives with the launch is marked, so you can tell the difference without reading the small print.
What it does
What does GrowthRadar actually make?
Three things, all built from your Google reviews. Marketing posters — a square or portrait image with a real customer quote on it. Short videos — around eighteen seconds, sized for social. And drafted replies to your reviews, which you edit and post yourself.
There is also a review-request tool that emails past customers asking them to leave a review, and a place to upload your own photos so the posters and videos use them instead of a plain background.
How many posters and videos do I get?at launch
Starter is up to 14 videos and 38 posters a month — 4 videos and 8 posters made for you automatically, the rest on demand when you want them. Growth is up to 52 videos and 110 posters. Pro is unlimited on demand, with 25 videos and 40 posters made for you.
Those limits are what each plan includes at launch. Nothing is metered today.
Does it post to Facebook and Instagram for me?at launch
That is part of the Growth plan at launch. Today you download what it makes and post it yourself.
Does it make anything for holidays?at launch
Yes. There is a calendar of real moments — seasonal dates, long weekends — and a poster is written for each one, in your business’s own words rather than a generic template. A business with no reviews yet still gets these.
Having them arrive automatically each week is part of the done-for-you allowance, which starts at launch.
The content itself
Is it really from my reviews, or is it written to sound like them?
Really from them. When a poster shows a quote, that sentence was copied out of a review word for word — the system picks which sentence to feature, it does not write one. If a review has no sentence worth featuring, it moves to the next review rather than paraphrasing.
What stops it inventing things about my business?
Every script is checked against your real data before anything renders, and the check is deliberately strict.
If your rating and review count are not on file, it cannot mention stars, ratings or reviews at all. If we do not know how long you have been open, it cannot say "serving the neighbourhood for years". If we do not have your city, it cannot name one. Every number that appears has to trace back to a fact we actually hold.
The strictest rule is about praise: it cannot put words in a customer’s mouth unless a real review is on file to back them. And claims nothing could ever verify — "award-winning", "number one" — are refused outright, because no amount of data makes them checkable.
When a script breaks one of those rules it is rewritten and re-checked. If it still breaks one, it is thrown away and replaced with a plain version built only from your own numbers. A video is never published on the strength of something we cannot back.
Can I change one I don’t like?
You can delete it, and make another. There is no in-place editor for the text on a poster or in a video yet — if one is not right, the honest answer is to bin it and generate a fresh one.
Drafted review replies are different: those are yours to edit freely before you post them, and nothing is ever posted to Google on your behalf.
Pricing and plans
What do the plans cost?
Starter is $19 a month and is meant to be complete on its own — it is for a single location. Growth is $79 and adds the parts that run it for you: auto-posting, auto-replies, promotions. Pro is $179 and covers up to three locations.
How does the free trial work?at launch
Fourteen days free. Your card goes on file when you start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends — if you cancel inside the fourteen days you are not billed at all.
The trial starts at launch, along with billing.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel yourself, from your billing settings — there is no email to send or hoop to jump through.
Your account and data are kept for 30 days after cancellation so you can come back without losing anything. After 30 days they are permanently deleted.
Data and privacy
Do you store my reviews?
Yes — we have to, to make anything from them. For each of your 200 most recent Google reviews we store the reviewer’s name as Google gives it, the star rating, the review text, and the date. They are refreshed when your profile syncs.
On anything public we show a reviewer as a first name and last initial — "Sarah J." — never the full name Google displays.
What happens to my reviews if I disconnect Google?
They are deleted, and so is everything made from them. The review text goes, the posters and videos built from those reviews go — the actual image and video files too, not just the database rows — and the ratings and counts we pulled from Google are cleared.
One thing is deliberately kept: the ID of your Google listing. It holds no review content and no personal data, and it is what lets a reconnection find the same listing again instead of starting you from scratch.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your Settings, and it takes effect immediately. It deletes the account and the data with it, cancels any active subscription at once, and cannot be undone.
A small set of records is kept longer where the law requires it — records showing someone agreed to receive text messages, for example — and those are deleted once that period is up.
