2. Program Description
GrowthRadar sends transactional and account-related SMS messages to users who have voluntarily opted in to receive them. Messages are sent exclusively to active GrowthRadar account holders who provided a phone number and explicitly consented to SMS at signup.
3. Types of Messages
Opted-in subscribers may receive:
- One-time verification codes for signup and login
- Free trial expiration reminders
- Subscription billing receipts and payment notifications
- Account security alerts (e.g., new login detected, password change confirmation)
- Occasional product update notices
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typical subscribers receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. GrowthRadar does not charge additional fees for SMS messages beyond your standard GrowthRadar subscription cost.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
The SMS program is available only to users with a valid US mobile phone number who have actively opted in through the GrowthRadar signup form by checking the SMS consent checkbox. International SMS is not supported. Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others.
8. Opt-In
Users opt in exclusively through the signup form at https://growthradar.io/signup. Phone number is optional. The SMS consent checkbox is shown only after a phone number is entered and is unchecked by default. Consent is not required to create a GrowthRadar account.
9. Opt-Out
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any received message. Opt-out keywords are honored automatically. Users may also contact hello@growthradar.io to remove their phone number from the program.
